Yet More Updates: Photos & Papers
As promised, the photos from my recent road trip around the Alps with my Finnish mate Pekka are now online, they can be found here. The trip started and ended at Munich and proceeded via Kehlsteinhaus, Salzburg, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana, Padua, Venice, Rimini, San Marino, Bologna, Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa, Genova, Monaco, Nice, Tende, Gran Paradiso Nature Reserve, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Zermatt, Chur, Liechtenstein, Zürich, Rheinfall and Freiburg. The highlight for me was certainly our two days of hiking at the Gran Paradiso Nature Reserve in Northern Italy. We climbed to 3200 meters and I got some amazing photos. I’m keen to go hiking around the Alps for a longer period as soon as possible. Of course, Venice and Florence were beautiful as well, but it was quite enjoyable to stay in less touristy places too, such as Padua, Bologna and Genova. Other than that, I trust that the photos will give an idea of the trip.
Another update concerning my online papers: I have added a paper entitled ‘On the Epistemic Status of Euclidean Geometry’ and more recent versions of my papers ‘Against Conventionalism: Boundaries and Realism’ and ‘Two-Dimensional Modal Semantics, Conceivability, and Modal Epistemology’.
Just a couple of highlights from the road trip:
